MacOS – How to define a shortcut for OS X terminal using Shift-PageUp

Using the system settings, I tried to re-map the keyboard shortcut for previous and next page from Cmd-Pageup/Dn to Shift-Pageup/Dn. However, the system settings dialog for shortcuts does not seem to recognize the PageUp key or the combination of Shift-PageUp/Dn. Can I fix this?
Running on El Capitan, if that matters.

I think this may be a task for Karabiner, because you cannot natively create shortcuts using the Page Up/Down/Home/End Keys

Many applications like Terminal also have a menu item like Window > Cycle Through Windows. It stays assigned to ⌘` even if you change the shortcut in the Keyboard & Text Input preferences.

You could add a custom shortcut for Cycle Through Windows in the Application Shortcuts preferences, or disable it with defaults write -g NSUserKeyEquivalents -dict-add "Cycle Through Windows" nul.

You could also force TotalTerminal to use ⌘` by editing ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Terminal.plist directly.

@sameetandpotatoes made some great suggestions.

I tried a different shortcut key for triggering the help menu and still had the problem.
Restarting OSX resolved the problem.
