How can I copy the file and folders full path in Nautilus? In the right-click context menu there is no such option provided. In file/folder property window I can only copy the folder path.

Well, I filled a bug report on bugzilla.gnome.org and I feel stupid now... This feature still exists.
The solution is to create a blank file named for instance new inside the ~/Templates/ folder of your home directory.
→ On non-English installations, the templates directory might have another name. One can find the actual directory with
xdg-user-dir TEMPLATES.
If you're still facing the problem, Check the file in ~/.config/user-dirs.dirs if XDG_TEMPLATES_DIR variable is set correctly. If it is set to $HOME/ instead of $HOME/Templates/, correct and save that file.
Pasting paths into Nautilus' "address" bar
You can activate the "location" view with CTRL+L. To permanently show the path instead of "breadcrumbs" you will have to manually change a dconf key:
gsettings set org.gnome.nautilus.preferences always-use-location-entry true
To revert the changes simply execute the following command:
gsettings set org.gnome.nautilus.preferences always-use-location-entry false

As @AliNa pointed out, it used to be that you could access the location of a file or folder in the save/open dialog in the same manner as you can in a regular Nautilus window
This feature has been abolished in recent Nautilus releases as part of GNOME's design philosophy.
However, you can still access the file and directory paths from the context menu:
It seems as though this method has been removed as well in more recent revisions of Nautilus (the ones that ship with Ubuntu >12.10)...

To quickly get a file path in Nautilus we can use the right click context entry "Copy" to copy the file path to the clipboard.
Then just "Paste" (resp. "Paste Filenames") this path from the clipboard to the other application, e.g. a text editor.
