I wish to add more Hindi fonts to the Ubuntu Font Library, so that I can use them in LibreOffice.
The three font types are available on this website in TTF format on this website.

How do I add them?
The Hindi font rendering problem in Chrome is already well-documented. There has been a bug report filed against this problem.
A workaround has been suggested in the bug report, but I consider it too drastic as it involves deleting a couple of fonts. Instead, we can achieve the same effect by renaming those fonts.
Enter these commands in a terminal:
sudo mv /usr/share/fonts/truetype/freefont/FreeSerif.ttf /usr/share/fonts/truetype/freefont/FreeSerif.ttf.backup
sudo mv /usr/share/fonts/truetype/freefont/FreeSans.ttf /usr/share/fonts/truetype/freefont/FreeSans.ttf.backup

I've found a solution for this problem. To do that you have to paste the fonts in the directory
~/.local/share/fonts
It's important to mention here that, normally, you can't see the folders which started with a dot(.)(in ubuntu folders started with . are hidden folders). To see these folders press ctrl+h or click view > show hidden files.
Now if you don't have a folder named fonts in ~/.local/share/, then create one and paste your desired fonts in that folder.

First download fonts.
Then open Nautilus as root using the command:
gksudo nautilusorsudo -H nautilusNow copy your font file to
/usr/share/fonts.You can also paste it in
/usr/share/fonts/truetype/ubuntu-font-family(Type ctrl+L to navigate quickly)
Now you can easily use those fonts In LibreOffice.
