While migrating a database from one server to another, I need to transfer the logins as well. My question is when I script them out and create them on different servers, do those logins have their old password?
If no – Is there a way to transfer the logins between servers without losing the passwords?

There something that I have for a long time, to transfer logins with password: You should first create the procedure, and then run it and just copy and paste ( or for sure you can run sp_BlitzErik's script, so it will do it automatically, just don't forget to create a linked server ):
