I can't connect to my university's enterprise wireless using my iPad. It uses WPA2 Enterprise with TTLS and PAP. When I enter my username and password it asks me to accept a certificate which is not verified, when I click accept it tells me that the username or password is incorrect (though they are correct). What should I do to fix this?

You could try this:
Go to Settings -> common -> reset (at the bottom). On the next screen you can choose which settings you wish to reset. Choose "Network settings".
I assume the stored settings are deleted now, and after a re-connect the connection should work.
I would recommend removing the wireless network from your preferred networks. You can do this by going to your network preferences. As follows:
Open Network Preferences > Select your Wi-Fi connection > Advanced.
Select the network from the list on the first Wi-Fi Tab and hit the [-] key then click OK.
Once you have done this, click Apply on the next screen.
Next you want to remove the password from your keychain to make sure its gone. So open up Keychain Access Application.
Search for the wireless network name. Select the network name and hit delete key. Click the delete prompt to be sure.
Close Keychain access and retry connecting to the wireless. This should have removed all traces of the wireless network from your computer and allow you to try it again.

Okay so I figured it out myself. Apple provides a configuration utility for configuring WiFi and some other settings.
For Windows - http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1466

I created a configuration profile using it and entered the WiFi settings there -
Security Type - WPA/WPA2 Enterprise
Protocols
EAP Types - TTLS
Inner Identity - PAP
Authentication
Username - yourusername
Password - yourpassword
I then emailed this configuration profile to myself and opened it from my iPad and it worked.
