I've just completed an App Preview video for my forthcoming universal iOS app. I did it by capturing an iPhone 6 using QuickTime then editing in iMovie.
If I only submit my iPhone 6 App Preview video (750×1334), will iPhone 5/5s and 6 Plus users be able to see the video on the App Store?
Or do I have to create and upload separate iPhone 5/5s & iPhone 6 Plus videos?

Using QuickTime Player 10.1 on OS 10.7.3, I see this option in the Edit menu. My guess is that it appeared either in Lion or in the 10.0 > 10.1 QT update. Open Software Update and check if the QuickTime Player 10.1 update is available for Snow Leopard.
Apple wants you to use their PhotoStream or do manual syncing all the time. From my personal experience it's impossible to manage some parts in PhotoStream and some others outside. I'm sure it's possible to do some crazy scripting, symlinking and syncing. But hey... that's not the reason why we use Apple products in favor to the more open Android ones, right?
I ended up re-creating my Aperture and iPhoto libraries and a big upload session to PhotoStream. Works fine so far.

In the end I only uploaded 3 videos - iPhone 5 resolution, iPhone 6 resolution and iPad resolution. When I visited the app on the App Store on an iPhone 6 PLUS - the iPhone 6 video was shown.
So it looks like larger iPhones will fallback to smaller videos if the larger preview video is not present. Presumably the iPhone 6 will fallback to the iPhone 5 video as well.
