I have installed few apps that after they auto update, they open up my browser on their maker's web site. It's very annoying and I don't know how to stop it. Viber is probably the worst, updates without permission and I have no idea how to stop it from opening their website.
Is it possible to block apps from opening Chrome/Safari or whatever my browser is?
That is many questions all in one. In order to manage our search engine, we prefer to have 1 question at the time.
1) I'd prefer Chrome to save the credentials in its own storage, instead sharing one with Safari. 2) If not, I'd rather it to not ask me about that. 3) Failing that, it should at least give me the right credentials.
To prevent the pop up is done with granting the Access Control in the key-chain.

Google Chrome has the option of saving user credentials to web services. At first login, Chrome asks if credentials should be saved now, saved later, or never saved. Access to the credentials stored by Chrome, and control over these credentials, is found in the Chrome > Preferences > Settings > Show advanced settings... > Passwords and forms > Manage saved passwords link.
Unusual web service login requests that occur on application launch, or at odd times during a browsing session, can sometimes be traced to Chrome saved credentials. When these credentials also involve the user keychain, I suggest that the credentials be deleted from both the Chrome saved passwords list as well as from any associated keychain entries. There may be multiple keychain entries, too, which should be deleted.
Furthermore, if you sign into your Google account in Chrome to take advantage of the syncing functions, (which can be quite useful,) you have the option of saving and syncing passwords along with other elements. Depending on your level of paranoia, you may want to shut this down or never sign into your Google account.
Personally, I never save any credentials to financial or medical sites, nor do I save credentials to my school's file servers and web services.

For Google Chrome:
Quit Google Chrome.
With Finder selected, hit the Shift-⌘-G and enter the folder address
~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome.
Select the Default folder, and open the Preferences file in a text editor like Text Editor.
Search for the phrase “excluded_schemes,” which houses your list of protocol handler preferences in the text file.
Search for the offending protocol (like “itmss” for iTunes, or “slack” for Slack) and change its state from “true” to “false,” taking care not to remove any punctuation.
For Safari:
I recommend for a tool NoMoreiTunes, a free Safari extension that stops iTunes or the App Store app from launching automatically when you visit a store page online.
To use the NoMoreiTunes extension, simply head over to the extension’s website and download the latest version.
Once downloaded, double-click on the extension file and Safari will detect and install it (you’ll need to verify the installation by telling Safari that you “trust” the extension).
With NoMoreiTunes installed, any time you navigate to an iTunes or App Store page in Safari, you’ll see a notification bar at the top of the window letting you know that the extension prevented the iTunes or App Store apps from launching. If, however, you’d actually like these apps to launch, you can click the button on the right side of the bar.
