I really hate the new OS X 10.10, Yosemite, icons and I just can't like the user interface. Is there a way to bring back the Maverick ones by patching some files.
P.S. I already did the reduce the transparency thing but still it sucks I just want the same old one.
If you're still looking for a method to darken your UI in Yosemite, download Flavours 2 and choose the "Smooth Criminal" flavour.
Flavours 2 is still in Beta, but most things look great with this skin.
.car file is special BOM file and the file specification is un-document by apple, this is simulator with Assert.car in iOS.
I found an open source project ThemeEngine PS: I don't test it anymore.

Install a program called XRevert. This will change the buttons, icons, etc. Install cDock to change the dock. Use Lucida Grande as system font.
