Cannot enable user service. “Failed to get D-Bus connection: Connection refused” Support

I get this error when running any systemd command as a user:

admin@Xroklaus:~ $ systemctl --user list-units
Failed to get D-Bus connection: Connection refused

Without the user parameter, the command runs fine.

I don't know how to get it running though.
