I have two Online Accounts icons in System Settings. I'm pretty sure it's a bug.
Clicking the red one shows me my facebook account, Clicking the blue shows nothing, so I can probably deduce those are different applications.
Is it possible that it's related to my switch from Unity to Gnome-Shell? (No other icon is doubling)
If it is, how/should I remove the Unity version?
OP Fixed it by himself:
It seems that after uninstalling Unity that I have full control over everything. Any explanation (since Unity or some part of it seemed to be the cause) would be really nice.

Try Drawers for an easy (drag-n-drop) way to create custom launchers. It's an app I wrote to bundle together different launchers or shortcuts for files, weblinks, etc. It's easy to edit contents names and execution lines once they're added to the drawer (right-click items and choose Edit Properties).

Here's what it looks like when you open a drawer:
Any items you add to the drawer will be available also through Quicklists (right-clicking the launcher) so opening a drawer isn't even necessary.
I will be releasing a new version shortly (13.1.1) that has a number of improvements including launching applications in terminals.
To install add the repository:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ian-berke/ppa-drawers
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install drawers

It is not a bug. One is gnome-online accounts and the other one is ubuntu online accounts. Removing one may affect other installed app.
