i just want to set the maximum frequency of my cpu, it can go from 1.7GHz to 2.4GHz, i used cpufrequtils and tried "performance" and "userspace" but it didn't work. Here's is my cpufreq-info output:
It says "hardware limits: 768 MHz – 2.40 GHz" but then it says "current policy: frequency should be within 1.70 GHz and 1.70 GHz.
The governor "userspace" may decide which speed to use
within this range." so i don't know how to actually do it. I also found that maybe cpufrequtils will not work for my intel cpu using as default pstate
