Try changing your your preferred browser.

Settings > Details > Default Applications
On older versions
Open Preferred Applications from Preferences > Preferred Appplications.
Change the default Web Browser to your liking.
Sadly, no. The font sizes are hard-coded into Chromium. Your only hope is to try to get this added as a feature to Chromium, but I find this very unlikely.

Cick on the "tools spanner" in the top right then click on Preferences.
From here click on "Under the Botnet" and then "Customize fonts".
The screenshot below is from Chromium 10 Beta, in earlier versions the dialogues will look a little different.
