I just installed logkeys from Software center. I am finding it hard to run it. Its documentation page doesnt help much either.
1. How do I run it?
2. Can I bind the start up with a key combination?
3. How to see the logs?

First Question
If you dont want to enter password everytime,then you should edit sudoers file.
sudo visudoThen add the following line at the end of the file.
%username ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD:ALL
Now if you enter sudo followed by the command it wont prompt you to enter password.
Second Question
- For your second question you can add that command
sudo vpncto startup applications. To add that command in startup applications Goto System → Preferences → Startup Applications.
How to create a startup disk (USB) from Windows 7
Insert your flash drive into the Win 7 computer, and copy the ISO you already have to somewhere on your hard disk (e.g. My Documents). Also copy any backups, etc. on the flash drive because turning it into a startup disk will wipe all existing data off it.
Simply download and run UNetBootin in Windows 7 (note: the link will take you to a direct download).
Point UNetBootin to the ISO you saved (Diskimage:), and to your flash drive letter (type must be "USB Drive". Click OK to create the disk...wait for it to complete, and you're done!

Add this command to startup application so logkeys will be started automatically during every startup..
Goto-->System-->Preferences-->Startup Applications
In startup applications preferences click add,it will give you a windows with Name,Command and Comments..
In Name field you can give any name and in Command field type
logkeys --startand click save.Before that you want to specify output location for your log.In terminal type
touch test.logand then type thislogkeys --start --output test.logto stop logkeys typelogkeys --killin terminal.
