I deleted the "Templates" folder some time ago. Yesterday I made new Templates folder and I created a template for an empty document, but it's not working.
Does someone know how to restore the Templates folder, or how to fix this?

If you drop any files in this folder, for example
then when you right-click and create a new document, you can select any of these files as a basis for the new file - i.e. a template.
For as long as I remember, this has always been a standard feature on many desktops such as Gnome.
If you have deleted the folder and need to restore this functionality:
gedit ~/.config/user-dirs.dirs
Check that there is a line containing the following - if not, add this line.
XDG_TEMPLATES_DIR="$HOME/Templates"
Use Ubuntu Tweak , It comes with some pre-installed template that you can add to your shortcuts in tweak section.

By default, this folder is empty.

Of course, the Template Folder name depends on your locale and language
If the line has been removed because off the deleted folder, you will just have to create a new one and add the line.
