How to Install Skype or Viber on Ubuntu Touch

There is a mako-specific bug (mako: Nexus 4) right now which needs to be fixed. It seems you are affected by this bug. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dbus-property-service/+bug/1427697

Bluetooth transfer is still not included in Ubuntu Touch. Developers are currently working on it and most probably this feature will be ready with the OTA-10 update which should arrive in March, 2016. See this bug report for details.
