Are there any Powerful File Copy and Move Utility for Ubuntu 14.04 instead of Ubuntu default file copy utility with the following features:

Add or remove files and folders to its queue for easy dealing with mass file operations.
Pause/Resume or Skip
Ability to be set as default File copy manager

You can try Ultra Copier. which is based on QT and provide advance features.(Under GPL3)

Install by (available on universe repository for Ubuntu 14.04):

I am using xsel Install xsel, but I am only using it with plain text and unicode text.

xsel can copy and paste to three different "clipboards".

By default, it uses the X Window System primary selection, which is basically whatever is currently in selection. The X Window System also has a secondary selection (which isn't used much), and a clipboard selection. You're probably looking for the clipboard selection, since that's what the desktop environment (e.g. Gnome, KDE, XFCE) uses for its clipboard. To use that with xsel:

xsel --clipboard < new-clipboard-contents.txt
xsel --clipboard > current-clipboard-contents.txt

Just use setxkbmap when you want to switch to the US keyboard. Ex:

setxkbmap us

I've created a desktop shortcut icon to help me switch keyboard layouts because of Ibus language problems. Just edit a file named layout.desktop in $HOME/Desktop and make it executable. Here is an example for getting back to a US keyboard layout:
