I tried to add a new repository to software sources, but "add source" button is unavailable. I can't click on it.
I also tried to add a new software source from the terminal, but it didn't work.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:n-muench/burg
sudo: command not found
I also tried these commands:
sudo add-apt-repository deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/n-muench/burg/ubuntu natty main
sudo: command not found
PPAs in Launchpad are connected to People/Teams, rather than projects. Your best bet is to click on the "Maintainer" for the project ("Cardapio Team" in this case):
From there, follow the link on under "Personal Package Archives" on their profile page. There may be multiple options here, you'll just have to use your best guess based on their names.

However, this is not guaranteed to work, as the developers can use any PPA they want for their project. It could be ppa:someunrelatedteam/foobar for all you know. There is no way to know for sure from the Launchpad project.
Alternatively, googling "[project name] PPA" tends to give good results.
Try adding the PPA manually. Create a file in the /etc/apt/sources.list.d directory called freecad.list.
Note you can really name the file whatever you like but it needs to be in that directory and it needs to have a .list extension. Put this in the file:
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/freecad-maintainers/freecad-daily/ubuntu bionic main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/freecad-maintainers/freecad-daily/ubuntu bionic main

Open up the software center and go to Edit -> Software Sources menu. A popup window will open. Go to the Other Software tab and click the Add button at the bottom left corner. Copy/paste this line

In 18.04 and later open Ubuntu Software and select Software & Updates from the dropdown menu in the upper left corner of the desktop. A Software & Updates window will open. Select the Other Software tab, and click the Add button at the bottom left corner. Copy/paste this line
