I have an iPad, with notes set to "Gmail", so, when I go on Gmail.com, they are all there.
I want the "Sticky Notes" from my Windows 10 Computer to sync the same way.
How can I do that?

As far as I know if you don't have a Google Apps account, there is no active bidirectional sync. You could just set up an imap Gmail account in Windows Mail, but there's no (official) tool to sync the changes you make locally back to Gmail.
You refer to the Outlook post, but I think I they concluded something the same there.
I recommended using GcalDaemon there, but I think it only gives you access to your addressbook.
You can use the power of NTFS Symbolic Links!
These are filesystem-level shortcuts, in effect.
Use the mklink tool in a cmd window to try it.
mklink /H "%AppData%\Microsoft\Sticky Notes\StickyNotes.snt" "C:\ommon\location\StickeyNotes.snt"
Notes: dont use hardlink to make symlink to another drive (remove /H) its still worked

Basically, you're setting up a link in Google Drive to your Sticky Notes directory on your machine. You then just need to follow the instructions on your other machine to get access to them.
Alternatively, if you use the Google version [Google Keep], this will be synced with all your machines that use Google Chrome & any Android devices that you use (you would just need to download the Google Keep app)
