I am using OneNote 2010 and I want to change the account it syncs with but I can't find it anywhere. Anyone know how?

In short, look at this registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\OneNote\Options\Other
There are two DWORD values ScreenClippingShortcutKey & NewNoteShortcutKey. The default values are:
- ScreenClippingShortcutKey:
0x53 - NewNoteShortcutKey:
0x4e
If we look in this ASCII table:
In row 5, column 3 (0x53), we see the S. So, this is where the S of the hotkey is set.
Change it to another value according to the ASCII table to adjust the hotkey.
After some testing I can confirm that OneNote always uses the input language set in the Region and Language control panel.
However, you can combine any input language with any keyboard layout (at least in Windows 7), so the (hopefully temporary) fix is to add a new input language combined with the original keyboard layout.

On the
OpenorNewtab in Backstage View, where it says Microsoft Skydrive with a list of available notebooks, there is a link next to it which says(Not Joe Soap?). About a year ago when I changed accounts, I clicked there and it logged me out of Windows Live, so I could save my new account information with OneNote.Clicking on the link now just refreshes the available notebooks on my current account, and doesn't log me out of it. However, that could just be our IT dept blocking me from having any sort of control over my machine at all, so it might still work for you.
