Firefox 3.6 (and other browsers too): Do bookmarks slow down a browser in general? Not necessarily talking about start-up alone, but more about the actual browsing of webpages.
What about if you have the bookmarks bar enabled, and many bookmarks in that bookmarks toolbar folder?
(OS is Windows 7)
The selector for the items in the Bookmarks Sidebar is #bookmarks-view. So, for example, adding the following rule in your userChrome.css will change the font size to 20px:

Unfortunately, Google decided that implementing bookmarks separators in Chrome isn’t worth the UI complexity it would add.
But you can do some tricks to get around this. For example, navigate to the site http://separator.mayastudios.com/. This site gives you the possibility to add vertical and/or horizontal separators by dragging a specially-crafted link to your bookmarks bar.
