Windows – Diagnostics and usage data option disabled

In Windows 10 you can update the power settings to put the computer to sleep via the Control Panel or the Power & Sleep settings, which is effectively the same thing as hibernate.

In Cortana type 'Power Settings' in the Ask Me Anything box, and select Edit plan. Then you can set the timing (i.e., on battery put the computer to sleep after 15 minutes). Then click Save Changes and you should be good to go.

Likely any changes made by the organization MDM (a system of controlling and securing remote devices and workers) are still sticking around. The only true solution is to reinstall a clean copy of Windows to refresh the policies. Try using the Windows USB install method to repair it.

You could also attempt a 'refresh' from the settings page, which will keep the majority of your stuff, but will remove installed apps.

Search 'reset this PC' (reset deze pc?) from the start menu, and go through the process there.
