I have Windows 10, and the store won't connect to the internet. The funny thing is, all my browsers (including Edge) work fine. Not only is the store not working, neither is Cortana, and I can't connect a Microsoft account to the computer. The problem is the same for other accounts.

As you can see, Chrome is working perfectly (Firefox is too, but it's just hidden), while the Windows store is having problems with internet.

Try doing those manually and see where you get stuck. In particular check that none of the magic URLs are blocked by a firewall or have erroneous entries in your hosts or hostslm file.
After digging a bit, it looks like the issue is related to IPv6 being disabled in the network connection settings.
Go to Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network and Sharing Center
Click on the 'Ethernet' link, or other network connection you are currently using. This should bring up the following window.
Next click on the 'Properties' button. Scroll down and make sure that IPv6 (circled below) is checked.
Once checked, close all the network windows and try to connect again with one of the Microsoft products that were previously not working. These apps should now work again.

Sometimes using proxy to connect to the internet may cause issues while connecting to the network. Follow the steps below to disable proxy:
Now Open Windows Store it should work if it doesn't try to also Disable Automatically Detect Settings & Use Script Setup. Alternately Try Enabling them, & some enable disabled combination with these 3 options.
Even after that if it doesn't opens Try the Following:
Navigate to
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCacheand delete all the files and folders. Open the store. Now it should open.
