Windows 10 NTP – Where to Find Internet Time Settings

In Windows 7, you could get to the "Internet Time" settings by following the instructions in this Super User answer.

Now, I can get to this interface, but there is no option to set a custom NTP server or even see the current NTP server:

"Internet Time Settings" dialog box

Go to Control Panel.
Search for "Date and Time".
Click on "Set the time and date".
Click on the "Internet Time" tab.
Click on "Change settings…".

Registry key

You can still modify the default server registry key at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\DateTime\Servers to set a custom NTP server.

Should be part of the Meinberg suite build and will give good information about what is not working without changing the clock.

Windows 7 – Where to Find ‘Internet Time’ (NTP) Settings

Click on the clock in your system tray
- This will bring up the calendar and time
Click Change date and time settings...
- The Date and Time dialog will appear
Click on the Internet Time tab
Click Change settings
- The Internet Time Settings dialog will appear.

From here you can select which time server to sync your computer's time to as well as if you want to sync it up right then and there.
