Unable to solve this error can anyone help me?

Unable to insert the virtual optical disk C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\VBoxGuestAdditions.iso into the machine ubuntu.

Could not mount the media/drive 'C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox/VBoxGuestAdditions.iso' (VERR_PDM_MEDIA_LOCKED).

Shutdown all Open virtual machines, if any VM is in saved state then start it and shutdown it. Then go to Virtual media manager, and if you find VBoxGuestAdditions.iso among them with check mark, uncheck it. Reboot the VM to check if the problem solves.

Thank you Hrobky, this was helpful. At an ASUS i7 with a UEFI BIOS that does not allow to disable safe boot, on a Windows 10 without encryption, it was enough these 2 steps from your solution:

start->GPedit

Computer Config > Admin Templates > System > Device Guard > 
Virtualization Based Security: Disabled

admin cmd:  bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off

then reboot

with change these setting at BIOS

Boot / Launch CSM : Enable

Boot / Launch CSM / Boot Device Control : UEFI and Legacy OPROM

Boot / Fast Boot : Disabled

Boot / OS Type : Other OS
