In Sublime Text 3, is there a way to reorganize tabs using keyboard only?
I know you can switch a tab from a pane to another pane using for example ctrl+shift+2 to move a tab from pane X to pane 2 but it's not exactly what I am looking for.
I am looking to move a tab in its pane. For example, I have 3 tabs and I want to interchange tab 1 and 2. It's doable using the mouse but I have not found any keyboard shortcut for it.

On OS X, Press Cmd-O to open the file browser.
Then, Cmd-Shift-G allows you to enter the name of the folder to go to.
Finally, just type the file name (or a unique prefix) to select the file you want. You can also navigate using the arrow keys.
The following plugin allows you to type a file name and have it opened in Sublime Text 2. It should work on any OS.

This allows you to encode a position in that file in the file name:
/path/to/file:42 will open the file and go to line 42/path/to/file:42:23 will open the file and go to line 42, column 23

Do you find the word completion feature helpful? If not then turn it off and I'm sure that will fix your problem.
Alternatively if you press shift+tab then that will insert a literal tab.
Or you can disable tab completion by adding this line to Preferences/File Settings - User:

Nope. However, the following plugin will give you that functionality.

You can install it by pressing Ctrl+Shift+P (Command palette), type/select
Package Control: Install Package, thenMoveTab.Then you can immediately move tabs with Ctrl+Shift+PgUp and Ctrl+Shift+PgDn.
