Pac-Man-like character in ASCII or Unicode

Simple question: is there a character that looks either like Pac-Man, or like the ghost in Pac-Man?

With Google's recent Pac-Man logo, everyone should know what these look like, but in case you don't here are some sample images:

If you answer "no" please provide a little more proof that you actually searched all unicode characters…

Example of what I'm looking for: If I were to ask, "is there a character that looks like a sun", I would expect an answer along the lines of "Yes, ☼ and according to charmap it is U+263C". That's what I'm looking for, but with Pac-Man or the ghost…

Usage: I would like to paste this symbol into a web form textbox in order for it to show on a webpage. This is a one-line textbox, so a complex ASCII art "image" isn't acceptable in this case.

ᗤ <- pacman, also a ghost ᗣ got here by google, someone else will be looking for it, don't remember the unicode for it but i copied the characters from a old file.

Firefox should have no issues displaying the dash glyph as I just tested on 3.6.*...

...copy and paste the above code in a test document and name it test.html and open it up in Firefox. It should display your dash without any problems.

EDIT: As pointed out by Dave 0x96 is the ANSI equivalent of en dash. With this understanding it appears that this is a parsing issue with regards to the doctype specifiction within the page itself. Check out this thread.

You could extract the HTML and modify the doctype to see if this indeed where the issue is stemming from. It is most likely a cross between encoded values ie...ANSI -> Unicode; as Unicode the value is a non-printable char.

No, there isn’t. The “ꜳ” was introduced by the “Proposal to add medievalist characters to the UCS.” No ee-counterpart was introduced in that proposal or in any other. I am not a french(?) speaker so I can't say if that makes sense.

Here are some pointers for helping you search for such a thing:

Look in Wikipedia, there is a good chance you will find a similar letter linking a relevant source (in case of ꜳ, the above document was linked on the french site).
Google the full name of the character, ꜳ is called "LATIN LETTER AA". Other Code points follow this schema too. Googling "LETTER EE" should do the trick.
Look in the same block. Similar characters are more likely to be near each other.
