Outlook – Re-Enable ctrl+enter warning in Microsoft Outlook 2003

I am using Ctrl+Enter shortcut to send emails in Outlook. I have checked the box to "don't show this dialog again". So now, when I hit Ctrl+Enter, the message is sent immediately. Is there any way to re-enable the warning dialog box? So when I will hit Ctrl+Enter the dialog box will appear forcing me to click on "yes" in "I want to use Ctrl+Enter as a keyboard shortcut for sending message" dialog box?

Are you 100% sure you saw that dialog box in Outlook 2003? I have never seen and therefore never disabled such a dialog box on my Outlook 2003.

As far as I know this feature is only available from Outlook 2007 onwards.

I think you're trying to disable CTRL+Enter instead of Alt+Enter. Here are the instructions:

Select "Tools -> Options" from the main menu in Outlook
Click the "E-mail Options..." button
Click the "Advanced E-mail Options..." button
Look at the checkbox at the bottom

Apparently, you can. This KB article describes the procedure (for 2007/2010, but the same thing works in 2013) in its "How to enable or disable hyperlink warnings per protocol" section.

In brief, to trust the "foo://" protocol, add a registry subkey named

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\<version>\Common\Security\Trusted Protocols\All Applications\foo:

with no values under that subkey. This disables the warning for all Office applications (not just Outlook), which works fine for my purposes.
