I have tried the following:
Click History menu item >
Show Full History >
Search for item speedtest.com >
Tick checkbox next to speedtest.com >
Click Remove Selected Item >
Restart Chrome
Now when I type speedtest into the chrome search bar I still get speedtest.com as the first item!?
Unfortunately I don't think you can clear just one tab's history, however you can easily clear history for instance of 'The Past Hour' by using Ctrl + Shift + Del
You can also easily launch a new incognito window with Ctrl + Shift + N (Pages you view in this window won't appear in your browser history or search history, and they won't leave other traces, like cookies, on your computer after you close all open incognito windows.)
The Search With Google service is provided by Safari, and it is not meant to work with other browsers.
You can create another service yourself though:
