I often open my terminal with multiple tabs, and exit with exit command in Ubuntu.
What about mac? Except the Cmd+w.

Using chmod -a allows one to remove access control entries individually (as @geekosaur suggested).
But if you are looking to remove all ACLs from a file or folder, the solution is to use the brute-force option: chmod -N which removes all access control entries for a file or folder.
chmod -RN will do the same recursively for a folder and its entire contents.

Not sure if you have such a command, but I believe you can set up Mac OS X terminal to close when you type exit.
This will close the window but not the terminal app. Please have a look at this question about how to also quite the terminal app when typing exit.
