I have a Galaxy S5 and I’d like to mirror my screen to a Surface Pro. I have Chromecast but so far I’ve been unable to get my Galaxy S5 to recognize the Surface Pro as a device.
Is there a better way to mirror my Galaxy S5 screen to the Surface Pro?

This screen is called the "Lock Screen". It is shown when your computer is locked.
To lock your computer, you can:
- Go to the start screen, click your name in the top-right corner, and choose "Lock".
- Or, press Windows + L.
You can customize your lock screen through the "Personalize" settings page.
First activate the "Settings" Charm and choose "Change PC Settings":
Then select the "Personalize" page:
On Windows 8.1, you should simply be able to disable it by tapping the signal logo on the login screen on the bottom left corner.

I found an app called SideSync that does exactly what I was looking for. After installing it on my phone and my surface I'm able to mirror my phone to the surface.
