I see a page dedicated to an iTerm plugin after googling "quicksilver iterm", but I can find no place to download it, and it doesn't appear to have built-in support. There's a section in preferences where you can change the terminal program, but it's greyed out and set on the default terminal.
Does anyone know how to make QuickSilver use iTerm instead of the default Terminal?
Create a window just how you like it, then under the "Shell" menu of Terminal.app select "Export Settings...". Save the file with a file name, and the resulting file can be used to open a new terminal window with the same settings.
To fix iTerm 2's behavior, go to Preferences > Profiles > Keys and set the left (and/or right) Option key to act as "Normal":
That way you'll be able to enter key combinations for umlauts, accents, etc.
If you have several profiles defined, you'll have to make the change for each one.

You should just be able to go to the Plugins tab and find it in the list.
