I have tried do some search and also configure it in Lync but it still doesn't work.

- Open up a chat window. It doesn't matter which one.
- Right-click in the text input field. Spelling and Grammar.
- Toggle Correct Spelling Automatically.
This appears to turn the option off for all chat windows.
Tested on Lync 14.0.4 for Mac.
No, this is not possible.
If you're running Windows 8, you can install the desktop client and the Windows Store app for different accounts simultaneously.
You could also use a web interface (OWA) provided by Microsoft Office 365 or previous similar solutions.
You could also try to install Lync 2010 and Lync 2013 on the same system and use them simultaneously to achieve this though.

It's not possible... However, If you control+shift+i within a chat session.. you can mark messages with high importance, but this appears to have no effect on the operating system other than an icon change of the chat window within the bottom task bar for that particular users chat session (I don't believe it shakes, nudges, or even buzzes.)
