I want to open Local Storage files of Google Chrome. I found where Chrome stores them, but I could not open them.
How can I do that?

The Local Storage and the SQLite are there to provide the proposed (W3C) Web Storage, and Web SQL Database, originally intended for the HTML5 spec.

Looks like it's %LocalAppData%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Local Storage.

.localstoragefiles by a SQLite browser, such as the open source program called sql-lite database browserOn macOS, you can install via Brew:
brew install sqlite.
