How to start a Google Chrome directly in Guest Mode? Is it any Target field switch like -incognito for Incognito Mode? I'm trying to do this using -profile-directory=Guest but it won't work. Please help.

Create a shortcut to Chrome, in the Properties window add -incognito to the Target box.

Since Chrome doesn't allow to enable extensions in incognito mode only, you may use a different user profile for incognito mode, and set up the extensions you need for the incognito mode in this user profile.
In order to do it, create a shortcut on your Desktop with the following command (for Windows XP):
"C:\Documents and Settings\Your Username\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --user-data-dir="..\User Data\Inco" --incognito
This solution has two drawbacks:
- You have to run the incognito mode via a separate shortcut.
- You have to install and update the extensions for incognito and normal browsing separately.

I'm not sure if it's currently possible to do this. The closest alternative I've found is to right-click your Chrome shortcut, click "Properties", then append
--profile-directory="Guest Profile"to the "Target" field. That will not open Guest mode directly, but it will open Chrome to the profile selector screen, where guest mode is one click away.
