Excel: How to skip specific rows when importing a CSV

I want to skip the header and last rows when importing a CSV into Excel, just like I can skip specific columns. Is there a way to do this?

Power Query will do this for you. It's a free add-on from Microsoft that helps you import data and munge it. ( it'll become part of the excel core features in the future so it's worth getting to know now.)

Make sure there a no spaces between your separated values and wrap each field in quotes:

"1, 2","3, 4"

Will import into 2 cells - the first having "1, 2" and the second having "3, 4"

Apply concatenation for 10 columns

=CONCATENATE(A1,",",B1,",",C1,",",D1,",",E1,",",F1,",",G1,",",H1,",",I1,",",J1)

Drag down list end of your last row
Copy the result column
Paste it in notepad
Save it as .csv file format
