I want to combine a range of cells (shown in the screenshot) into a singe column while ignoring blank cells.
The order does not matter, the column should look something like this:
(Without the bullet points of course.)
The final single column should contain no blank cells.
Please note that I am using an iPad.
Your question is hard to understand.
I’m guessing that you mean that you have a collection of cells (say, column A)
that contain text values like “” (blank), A, AA, AAA, etc.,
and you want to display “” (blank), Member, AA, AAA, etc.
Try setting B1 to
=IF(LEN(A1)=1, "Member", A1)
and then fill the appropriate part of column B with that formula (e.g., by dragging).
Copy your table to clipboad, paste in Notepad and save the text file. Open the text file in MSWord, find for tab character and replace with manual enter.
This will flatten the contents to a single column and then you can copy them to Excel.

If you are using Excel 365, the new function =TOCOL(Range, Ignore) does exactly that. To leave out empty values, use
=TOCOL(Range, 1).
