I'm on Windows 8.1, I wanted to clean install Windows 10. So I have downloaded Windows 10 Pro ISO from Microsoft website using download tool, then I made a bootable USB key using rufus. The problem is whenever I try to install it is giving error
"Windows cannot install required files. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x800701E3"
Please help to resolve the issue.

If you don't have a dedicated Windows 10 key, you must update first.
After that you can clean install, once your machine has established its key with the MS servers.
Use Microsoft's own Media Creation Tool for it, not rufus.
