You can replace your Mounted Volume \\?\Volume{2d3b403a-2f5a-11df-846a-005056c00008}\
by a Junction and the error should go away; Microsoft's MSKB article says that error 0x81000037
"occurs if the reparse point is a mounted volume that contains compressed files (for example, multimedia files, .zip files, and so on)"

Using Hard Link Shell Extension you can create "Junctions" to replace the "Mounted Volume" you are currently using. This is the HardLinkShellExt context menu I get when dragging my CD drive into a folder with the right mouse button:
- Doesn't work: with "mounted volume" included in Library included in Backup:
- Does work: with "junction" included in Library included in Backup:

4.) After moving to a smaller drive I had problems, too (SSD optimization was not shown up in drive tools). I solved them through repairing the startup sequence (checks for boot/partition table errors):

Perform "Startup Repair.”
1. Press and hold Shift key and click on Restart from login screen.
2. Click on Troubleshoot.
3. Select Advanced Options.
4. Select Startup Repair and follow the on screen instructions.

Must have enough free space to create shadow copies of the partition.

7.) If 5. resulted errors or you want to be sure if there are no errors, load the Windows 10 ISO from here (the ISO from the media creation tool does not work):

Now mount this ISO for example with WinCDEmu (right click on ISO file):

Note: Dism uses the component store as it's main source for Image Repair, so best to Select Option 2..
Before selecting Option 3 and redirecting the repair source, to the Windows Setup Media..

Option 5 > will cleanup (Remove) superseded windows files over 45 days old in the component store
Option 6 > will cleanup (Remove) ALL superseded windows files in the component store
Option 7 > will run Revert Pending Dism Actions (UnLock, The Locked Disk Message)
Option 8 > will run System File Checker SFC /Scannow
Option 9 > will run Disk Cleanup Manager in Extended Mode
Option 10 > will run CheckDisk on a Volume, to scan for and fix disk errors..
Option 11 > will run ShowKeyPlus to retrieve windows product key
Option 12 > will export 3rd Party System Drivers into a "Drivers" folder
Option 13 > will run a MS Tool that will Automatically move all the User files from the Windows.old folder to the corresponding locations within your new Windows installation.
