How could we change the numbering language of MS Excel 2010 by changing Windows language

In version 2007 as I can remember we had an option in the advanced options tab that allowed us
to do that with setting it as "Context" ,

so it smartly change the numbering system whenever we change the language of Windows .

file - options - language and under choose editing languages add the language you'd like to use. Once it's added, set as default

Windows removes certain options from the context menu when more than 15 items are selected. According to this Microsoft KB article, that's by design, to prevent accidentally performing those actions on a large number of files.

You can, however, change that limit in the registry. From that same KB article:

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer
Name : MultipleInvokePromptMinimum
Type : DWORD
Default : 15 (decimal)

Setting the value to 16 or higher effectively removes the limit.

If you're using shortcuts that visually go through the ribbon, turn off animations for all of office 2013 -

create the following key in the registry if it does not exist yet: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common\Graphics

create a new DWORD DisableAnimations in that key and set its value to 1
