I used some software (I forgot name…) to make bootable USB flash drive. In the middle of process it showed error and from than I cant use USB flash drive on only on this computer. I hear sound but nothing else is visible.
I tried formating it from another PC but it didn't help. Anyone know what might be problem?

I've done what was asked of me, and according to the authors website. But it didn't work anyway. So what I have done is I used another Memtest 86 program. The original Memtest86 line, now up in version 5 (new free software license), and owned by PassMark. It was a breeze using it and making the UFD bootable. It's as simple as ABC.
http://www.memtest86.com/downloads/memtest86-usb.zip for Windows.imageUSB.exe file and follow onscreen instructions.This should work on both BIOS and UEFI BIOS systems. On UEFI systems you can even use the mouse pointer to navigate.

You can see it had some issues with checksums but it was false alarm, verification passed.

In summary you'll have to follow these steps
diskpart and then click ENTERlist disk and click ENTER, make sure you have inserted your USB drive, and note the disk number of the USB Drive.select disk <x> where x being your disk number of USB Drive.cleancreate part pri, and then click ENTER.select part 1, and then click ENTER.format fs=ntfs quick, and then click ENTER.active, and then click ENTER.exit, and then click ENTER.

When editing and formatting a USB drive a lot, make sure you have added a drive letter to it.
If the USB doesn't show up in Windows Explorer, this is usually the case.
I've attached a picture of one of my working USB drives. Notice the assigned drive letter (E:)!
To assign and check what drives are taken, I prefer to use Disk Management. You find this tool under Control Panel -> System and Security -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management.
In the side menu, go all the way down to Disk Management.
Right click the disk you want to assign a letter to, and choose "Edit drive letter and paths". From this menu, you can select what letter it should use.
