MacOS – Upgrade vom 10.8 to 10.9

all of my Macs are running OSX Mavericks right now, except one iMac that is still on OSX 10.8.5
I've tried to find a possibility to upgrade to Mavericks, but can only find Yosemite upgrades in the appStore – is there another possibility up upgrade that machine?

Update: I just found out from this answer Where can I get a copy of Mavericks after Yosimite has been released? that it is possible to download if you are a member of the Apple Developer Mac program.

I tried the link from the US Store https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/id675248567?mt=12 but it appears it is not available anymore.

Make sure you check if it is legitimate https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202369

For OS X Lion or later, locate the lock icon () in the upper-right corner of the Installer window’s title bar.

For Mac OS X Snow Leopard, a certificate icon is shown instead.

Run plutil -convert xml1 ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Terminal.plist.
Quit Terminal.

Edit the plist in a text editor:

Terminate the cfprefsd process from Activity Monitor.
Open Terminal.

Preference files are cached in 10.9, so if you edit a preference file directly, just quitting and reopening the application does not apply the changes. You can also run defaults read com.apple.Terminal instead of terminating cfprefsd.

MacOS – Can’t Download Mavericks via App Store nor Upgrade from OS X 10.8.5 — Command Line Installs Not Supported

This isn't the ideal path, but you could always boot to the Recovery HD and re-install the OS to an external USB drive. Your Mac might re-download Mavericks directly but more likely would re-download the version that created the Recovery HD.

At that point, you would leave your internal drive untouched and install a clean system on the external drive.

From there, you would be able to boot off that external drive that doesn't have the new iTunes and download Mavericks. Once you had the installer, you could run it against either the internal drive or the external drive and migrate data over if you chose to upgrade the external to Mavericks first.
