I've got a Palm Centro and would like to sync all its content to Palm Desktop or similar programme. Is there any enthusiasts site or any software which can help with that?
(It is ridiculous that these days there is no good analogue to Palm Desktop on any platform).

Just an update - I've successfully connected my 2TB HD to my MacBook's internal SATA data connector. If anyone's interested in doing this themselves, you'll need:
You'll need to cut those plastic tabs off the SATA portion of the cable, leaving only the section with the pins - otherwise, the cable won't fit in the port.
Follow iFixit's steps for removing the keyboard section of the MacBook
Remove the hard drive, connect cable. Since we had to remove the tabs on the cable in order to make the connection, the cable does not latch in place. I recomment taping the table to the bottom of the case where the hard drive was:
Reverse the disassembly steps to put the computer back together, with the exception of the memory cover and the battery. The cable should now poke out of the hole where the battery used to be.
Install the hard drive in the external enclosure, connect the eSATA and power cables, and enjoy.
The Apple provided Disk Utility (and diskutil shell command) will allow you full RAID control over internal and external drives. You do have to erase the drives to add the RAID capability, but then you can join those drives into RAID. That is the only potential drawback to implementing RAID storage on the Mac.
Drive spanning, JBOD, striping and mirroring are all possible with Mac OS X software RAID.
Lion brings the concept of physical and logical volumes to the OS, but RAID on Snow Leopard is also very fully functional.
If you brake a mirrored RAID set - the drives are valid when connected to the same mac and portable to any other mac. You are not locked into a proprietary standard and don't need any additional software for any of this functionality.
rsync and ditto are free sync tools - very scriptable, powerful, and free.

The last ever version of Palm Desktop for Mac [4.2.2] was released in 2008 - though 4.2.1 is more common, & still available if you look around - https://palm-desktop.en.softonic.com/palm though I haven't run the Mac version in a long time, so compatibility might be suspect.
I've found it's simpler to use a VM of Windows 7 & install to that - though my Palm iQue 360 installer now fails on anything other than a backup restored drive, as the associated internet app downloader points to nowhere.
It's not hugely surprising that software for something that hasn't been manufactured in 8 or so years is not easy to obtain or run.
