When I open a few different applications, the temperature quickly surpasses 200 F, however, when I'm working lightly, it is around 170 F. It just seems like ever since I upgraded to Mavericks, it's heating up very often and fans go crazy, which is by design I guess.
I just don't know what this ouc process is and why it's using so much CPU. I force quit it, but it comes back in a few minutes again.
Flash also gets my MacBook's fans blowing after just a couple of minutes. I block it in my browser, but still need it sometimes. Not sure that anything's changed, though new versions of the Flash player (and the one built into Chrome) have certainly come out.
FlashBlock is your friend for Chrome, ClickToFlash is your friend for Safari, and a different FlashBlock is your friend for Firefox.
I solved this issue:
Export your AddressBook information if necessary.(I did not, because I have no import information in AddressBook)
Go to this directory /Users/luowensheng/Library/Application\ Support/
Delete the AddressBook directory, if there is synchronization, it may come back, do not care of that.
So, you can see the Activity monitor, does the AddressBookManager still high? if still high, delete the AddressBook directory more times.

If you find a file mentioning
ouc, move it out of the parent folder and restart.As @oma mentions, if you can not find a launchd job ticket, look inside
/Library/StartupItemsfor a folder or file containingouc. Delete theoucfolder and restart.
