Is it possible on OSX to push buttons that have an underlined character? In Windows you can hold in ALT and push the key that is underlined on the button.
Example:
On Windwos I can hit the "Replace"-button by hitting ALT+p, the "Replace all"-button by hitting ALT+a, etc.
How can I achieve this on a mac?
One option would be to download changeInput and assign shortcuts to shell commands like changeInput U.S..

VK_CHANGE_INPUTSOURCE_ENGLISH is defined in vkchangeinputsourcedef.xml. You can see the IDs of input sources from EventViewer.app. Without | ModifierFlag::NONE for example the first setting would also apply to control-option-shift-command-E. See the source for the key code values and predefined settings.
In system preferences hit restore to default then ok. Download Karabiner

On my Macbook Pro with external keyboard and PHPStorm workd CTRL+ALT+P. But, before try this shortcut, you need remove from phpstorm internal shortcuts.
