I already tried this:

But it didn't work.
What I need is when I use the internal macBook Pro trackpad, natural scroll direction is enabled, and when I use an external mouse, it is disabled.
If this is impossible, how about the following alternative: when I plug in a mouse switch to "non-natural" scroll direction, and when I disconnect the mouse switch back to natural.
Update 2020/12/03: As other's have pointed out, this is not a feature of Karabiner in newer versions.
It appears that this is integrated in the Karabiner app so it works out of the box without any custom XML (which are described above).
You'll need the following settings:
Set the Enable Natural Scrolling setting in the Mouse/TrackPad PrefPane to 'enabled'. This allows for the internal trackpad to work as it's supposed to. Any connected non-Apple external mouse will scroll in their own natural way.
You can use Keyboard Maestro:
Repeat script with 'is disconnected'.
You may need to change the USB device name.

Hi just found a great app that totally fixed this and so simple! You can set the scroll direction for each device separately.
