I have a MacBook Pro. I can make screenshots. It lands on the desktop. By opening the context menu I can press the Share button.
Is it possible to add some button which will share the image on some image hosting? For example, I had Gyazo on Windows and now I use Lightshot. I can select region of my screen and picture immediately hosts on the server and link to the image is in my buffer.

Two of the best apps for this are CloudApp and Skitch.
Cloud app has an option to automatically upload screenshots (image courtesy of Softpedia). It is very drag and drop friendly and pastes the URL to your clipboard for convenience.
Skitch is a little more heavy on the screen snapping controls. It's like grab on steroids. You can quickly hide private information, point out items, and edit the snap before uploading.
The free version of both are well worth it. Both have paid upgrades that are low cost, but you don't need to pay to use either. I have also heard really good things about Droplr so you might check it out as well.
Both CloudApp and Skitch are available on the App Store. The two are better together - skitch is better for grabbing a great screen shot, and droplr for upload and sharing it.
You could check out CloudApp. It started out on desktop but there are a couple good mobile clients as well, namely Stratus and Cloud2go.
These apps don't do any sort of editing. But CloudApp's backend automatically scales images when viewing on a screen that's too small to display them at their native size. Additionally, they provide a 'direct link' option for embedding images directly.

You can use ImageShareUr which adds a share extension for uploading to Imgur.
Choose More to enable the extension for the first use, then you can select an image and choose Share → Upload to Imgur and follow the instructions.
Despite the author's message on the page that it doesn't work in Sierra, I've just tried it on 10.12.4 and it works great.
