How can one import Outlook mac archived files in Windows Outlook 2010? Given that the size of the archived files is 48GB, can it be done safely?? I mean NO LOSS of Data or any other files???

I'm in a similar position at work, with a mixed environment. We use WinShortcutter, which is freeware. The allows you to right-click on a UNC path (such as \\FileServer01\topfolder\subfolder\shared.doc) and Open as Windows Link:
It's quite configurable as well, and allows drive mappings (so when you are sent a link that starts S:/folder, it will allow you to Open as Windows Link).
This works quite reliably for us.
It seems from here that the iCloud website does not support importing vCards marked as version 2.1.
By changing the second line to
VERSION:3.0
I was able to import the vCards. This is a bit of a pain, but if you can export all of your contacts from Outlook in a singe vCard file then it should be ok (I am not sure if Outlook supports this). Alternatively you could use a text editor with 'find and replace in files' feature such as Sublime Text 2 to replace VERSION:2.1 with VERSION:3.0 in all your files.
Finally, the version 2.1 files import fine into Contacts.app on OS X so this may work if you are using a mac.

That is one big email database archive. Moving from outlook mac to outlook windows is not possible directly as windows outlook does not support olm files. However, it can be accomplished indirectly by using IMAP to synchronize emails to a free webserver domain like yahoo, gmail etc. However, in your case, this method might not work as database size is too large. In your case, it is adviseable to utilize a third party tool like OLM to PST Converter Pro for converting OLM files into PST format compatible with Windows Outlook and later importing it into Windows. I have personally tested this utility as I was in same kindof situation a few months back adn after extensive research I zeroed on this application.
