MacOS – how to set mac desktop background as working terminal

I would like to set my background to a working Terminal window even when I minimize all applications. I would like to be able to write commands on desktop but I don't know if it is even possible.

I have done some Google searching but I could not find any clues. If this is possible, could you explain the process of setting it up?

I am using Mac OS X 10.7.5
