First select both equations in the sidebar, and then Equation » Integration… in the menu.
In the dialog, it has preselected Area Between Curves. Confirm it.
You can change the color in the inspector window.
Since your second equation is y=0, you could just select the first one, and integrate it, selecting Area in the dialog. The result should look the same.
You may well find that somewhere in there the complex number is being flattened and you will need to use the complex() function to protect it from that.

All the numbers settings can be found via Grapher → Preferences → Numbers.
You can set the “Notation” setting to “Engineering” to display numbers as
123,4568e3(7 significant digits) instead of1,2346e5(5 significant digits).Perhaps the “Number of Decimals” setting is of interest, too.
