After a clean OS install, is there any way to recover my OS Keyboard Shortcuts from a backup of my previous User folder?
Is is somewhere in Library/Preferences?
I tried copying ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.symbolichotkeys.plist (based on another thread here) but that did not seem to work.
(I'm referring to various shortcuts set up in System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts, particularly > 'App Shortcuts')
In Mavericks Mail:
The shortcut for Flag is shift- cmd - L to assign the Urgent Flag.
There is no Cmd-Opt-Ctrl-F in my Mail app.
However, if you try to add that shortcut in keyboard shortcut it will alert you if that short cut is used by someone else and show you by whom.

It looks like the only change is the back/forward keyboard shortcuts. Or maybe my Spanish is not up to the snuff.
I am not sure why would you try to make keyboard shortcuts that already exist.

~/Library.(Also helpful: Globally edit all keyboard shortcut settings – which talks about manually adding/editing shortcuts.)
Copying
~/Library/Preferences/.GlobalPreferences.plistfrom my old account worked, however, I had to log out and do it from a separate account, otherwise OSX will undo any changes to the file.
